How We Use Your Information

• Send email digests if you have opted in to daily or weekly summaries.
• Process Pro subscription payments through Stripe.
• Improve the platform through aggregated, anonymised usage analytics.
• Enforce rate limits and protect against abuse using IP-based request tracking.

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing for Pro subscriptions.
• Google Analytics — anonymous website usage analytics.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for digests.
• Upstash — Redis caching and rate-limiting infrastructure.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies and browser storage for authentication sessions (Supabase) and analytics (Google Analytics). These are essential for the platform to function. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies beyond Google Analytics.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data, watchlists, alerts, and preferences will be permanently removed. Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data via your profile settings.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Export your data (available to Pro subscribers through the export feature).
• Opt out of email digests at any time through your profile settings.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security policies on all user data, and secure authentication through Supabase. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
